(You will receive a “confirmation” E-mail and details on mailing your deposit once your registration is received.)

By signing your child up for Day Camp you understand and give us permission to: transport your child to various Day Camp activity locations, to photograph/video your child during Day Camp for use in FUN AND FREEDOM promotions only, treat your child for emergencies, injuries, illness and/or other medical situations as deemed necessary by Day Camp Staff.
