By signing your daughter/son up to participate in Day Camp you understand and give us permission to:   transport your child to various Day Camp activity locations, to photograph/video your child during Day Camp for use in FUN AND FREEDOM promotions only, treat your child for emergencies, injuries, illness and/or other medical situations as deemed necessary by Day Camp Staff.
